I am so fortunate to get to call Melissa one of my good friends. When she asked if I could take portraits of her, I said “heck yes!” and we chased the sun on a late afternoon in Los Altos and Palo Alto. Many people call us twins, because every strawberry blonde looks alike, I know. We are rare unicorns. We bonded over our love of country music, and made summer concerts on the lawn a new tradition. She is currently having the time of her life overseas, getting to work abroad, but I can’t wait until she comes back so we can make margaritas and talk about her travels!
