Elysse and Richard’s San Francisco City Hall wedding was unbelievably beautiful. Family and friends flew out to witness their union. Even their senior dog, Lulu, joined the festivities, wearing gorgeous flowers that matched the bride’s. Elysse’s wedding style was insane, and these two were beyond cute together. It was evident that this couple is surrounded by love and adoration, and that they have touched the hearts of the people in their lives.
