Katherine and Conan had a beautiful wedding at Rios-Lovell Winery in Livermore. The story of how they met is one of my favorites.
From the groom’s point of view:
“Somehow, Katherine and I went through three entire years at Berkeley before we met each other. As pre-health students, we took many of the same classes together. We sat in the same rooms, had the same professors, and took the same tests. As we began finishing up our undergraduate careers, it became incredibly less and less likely that we would ever meet each other. But life is funny and unpredictable sometimes. By some tiny luck of fate, both of us simultaneously decided in the fall of 2014 to install a little app on our phones called Tinder. One day as I was studying in one of the campus’s many libraries, I opened the app to find the picture of a beautiful and radiant girl named Katherine. I swiped right immediately and it was a match.”
These two had so much genuine joy on the day of their wedding. They didn’t appear nervous at all (if they were, they hid it really well!), and they just smiled, laughed, and had fun throughout the entire day. Such a good group of family and friends celebrating two very special people. Congrats Katherine and Conan!
